Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, dynamic, ambitious DT Food Tech Teacher to join an oversubscribed, large Girls school in Merton, SW London to start asap.
This is a full time, long-term role covering maternity leave, with a daily rate of £150 - £200 dependant on your experience and suitability. There is a good chance that the school will also have a permanent opportunity in April.

We are looking for:
*A teacher of BTEC (Welsh Board) Hospitality and Catering with Graphics Specialist Teacher (You must be a specialist in this area to apply)
*Hospitality and Catering to Key Stage 4, Graphics to Key Stage 3, (and preferably Art to Key Stage 3)
*Someone available immediately and full time Monday-Friday
*Subject knowledge: looking for a specialist hospitality teacher, with general knowledge of graphics and basic knowledge of Art if possible.
*Marking and planning will be expected.
*A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role .
*A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT

The role: Teaching DT Food Technology/ Catering, Hospitality and Graphics over a varied timetable and across different Key Stages and abilities.
Location: The school in Merton is easily accessible by Rail, Underground, Bus or Car and parking is available on site.
