Tradewind are working with a "Good" rated secondary school in High Wycombe, seeking a Food Technology teacher to start either full or part time in September and continue through the full academic year, potentially joining the staffing team on a permanent basis.

You will be required to teach in an atmosphere that Ofsted praised for creating "Confident, self-motivated and keen to learn" pupils. The school has undergone a positive change over the last 3 years since the internal appointment of their New Headteacher who knows his school well. Staff morale is high and with the completed new 6th form block the school are fully focused on an 'Outstanding' from their next Ofsted.

This role will include teaching Food Technology to KS3 and 4, with A-level available if desired. The school are open to applications from part time teachers and teachers happy to work across the technology department. In addition, the school has positions offering extra responsibilities starting in January 2020 including HOL and Head of Sixth form (amongst others).

The role will utilise a number of resources and links to other departments, you'll be working alongside 4 other teachers in the department and an amazing SLT. Overseas teachers will join a number of other international professionals teaching within the school, many of whom have been employed on a permanent basis after benefiting from the school's support, training and guidance.

The school is based in High Wycombe and has good links to a number of stations and parking for drivers.
