Are you a talented French Teacher looking for a new role from September?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an engaging French Teacher to join a successful and popular Languages department. This is a full-time post teaching KS3 and KS4 students for the full academic year at least, with the school offering permanent/fixed term or an ongoing supply arrangement if preferred.

Leadership within the school is particularly praised as they consistently identify areas to improve, offering suitable and realistic strategic direction. Strong progress is being made within the core subject areas throughout the school, weaker students are also identified quickly and the plans in place have and effective and positive impact. Pupils across the school are very polite and welcoming, treating adults and each other with respect.

The department is well resourced to ensure pupil engagement and has high academic standards. There is also the additional support of technicians and assistants who can assist in the classroom and provide intervention/booster groups.

The successful French Teacher will be:
An MFL Teacher who has a genuine passion for their subject and can inspire their pupils.
A creative languages teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
Someone who is up to date on the MFL Curriculum and can confidently teach French up to KS4 at least.
Able to make effective assessments to plan for the next step in the pupils' development.
A reliable professional and an excellent communicator who can build relationships with all pupils.

Situated in South East Essex, the school is also easily accessible on public transport and has onsite park available for staff and students.
