Tradewind Recruitment are working exclusively with a school in S10 seeking qualified teachers to work on an ad-hoc basis for their supply pool. The work will be short term sickness absence and would be suitable for teachers looking for the flexibility of day to day supply cover.
Some work will be pre-booked for pre-planned absence but there is an expectation of taking morning calls for this school from 7am. Cover may be required across year groups from Nursery to Year 6 so teachers with experience in any key stage are welcome to apply. Candidates will be able to specific which year groups they will be available to cover to ensure that classes are covered by teachers confident with that year group.
The school was graded 'Good' in their last Ofsted inspection in December 2018, pupil's behaviour was praised, 'Most pupils behave well. They are polite to visitors. Pupils show respect to and tolerance of those of different faiths and cultures.'
Successful candidates should have at least 2 days available on average per week and be happy to take morning calls. It would also be beneficial to have your own transport although candidates on public transport are also more than welcome to apply.

Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.

You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
