Tradewind are currently recruiting for an outstanding Geography Teacher, who is available for a September 2020 start. This is a long term vacancy, situated at a wonderful school in Hull. This vacancy is initially due to last until January 2021, however there is a strong likelihood that this will be extended until Easter 2021. This is a full time position, and payment will be scaled to the MPS. You will be covering a period of absence due to a maternity.

The school in question is a large school situated in Hull, which is easily accessible via public transport from most areas of Hull. There is also a large onsite car park that is free to use and provides ample space for candidates who do drive. Having worked with the setting for a long time, and having filled many placements for them, we are pleased to confirm that this is a truly excellent place to work, and you will be treated as any full time, permanent staff member would be. This is an opportunity to teach students who are willing to learn and have high levels of enthusiasm. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has experience teaching the following:
*GCSE Geography
*A Level Geography
*BTEC Travel and Tourism (is desirable but not essential)

You will be teaching a full timetable, predominantly filled with A level Geography, with some GCSE Geography as well. There is room on the timetable for a BTEC Travel and Tourism class, so experience teaching this subject, or a willingness to learn and perform this subject, is desirable but by no means essential.
