Tradewind are seeking graduates to join us as cover supervisors, working in our client schools in Luton, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. This is an opportunity to gain teaching experience on a completely flexible basis, with the option to cover in your degree subject if desired, and can provide valuable experience towards QTS. Many ITT providers recommend cover teaching as a means of developing behaviour management skills and seeing a range of school environments, and several of our Graduate Cover Supervisors have later been offered teacher training by our schools.

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor you will need
* Superb communication skills
* Great numeracy and literacy
* The ability to adapt and improvise.
