An Oldham Primary School are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team of support staff in September 2020.

This Oldham Primary School require graduates of core subjects to support pupils across Key Stage one and two during their lessons. The purpose of this is to ensure that each student can raise their attainment and feel confident in their studies.
* £65.00 - £75.00 per day depending on previous experiences

This 'Good' Oldham Primary School has an ethos based around ensuring that each pupil has the ability to excel in all aspects of life. The graduate TA role is currently being offered on a full-time temporary basis, initially for one term. There is an opportunity for a longer-term post for the successful graduate, depending on the needs of the setting.
The successful candidate will join a fantastic team of teachers at a popular and vibrant secondary school in Oldham. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the learning of young people aged 5 to 11 who are identified as requiring extra support. As a result, the ideal candidate for the role will be of a patient nature, confident and adaptable with their approach to learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

* Hold a Degree qualification or equivalent
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
