Graduate TA roles and Schools:

Tradewind is working with a huge range of Primary and Secondary schools throughout the home counties of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. We offer long term posts that are ideal for gaining exceptional in-class experience that enhances knowledge and CV's for those considering a career in the education sector. Our schools are fast paced and at the cutting edge of helping support students to become successful for today's highly demanding world. With the recent pandemic many schools have found students have knowledge gaps thanks to home schooling and academic graduates with inspiring personalities are needed to help support these students. The role of Teaching Assistant is a rewarding role that will see you work with small groups and on a one to one basis.

Graduate TA requirements:

• Minimum of a 2:2 degree and strong A-Levels
• Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers
• Strong, confident personality that will inspire students
• Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
• Open to taking on teacher training later
