This Graduate Teaching Assistant position involves leading the development of Special Educational Needs practice and education at all stages. You will play a pivotal role in the student's development as you communicate their needs through their classroom teacher and discuss their learning with their parents. In this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you will use your initiative to help the student learn at the best pace for them. You will be working with pupils both on a 1.1 basis and in small groups.

To be considered for this Graduate Teaching Assistant role you must be a nurturing individual who has at least received a 2.1 in your degree and practice working with SEN children. You should have an affinity toward the teaching profession which fuels your passion for education and future ambitions. As a Graduate, you will be able to develop caring relations and prove you are serious about a career in SEN education.
