Secondary Schools - Long Term roles starting September - North and West London - Open to graduates with a 2:1 or above and strong A-Levels - £70 - £80 per day based on school and subject experience

The Schools - Graduate Teaching Assistants:

Located across North and West London, Tradewind Recruitment are working with a vast range of Secondary Schools (Academies, Comprehensive, Faith and Single-Sex) who are seeking top graduates across all Secondary subjects. These Schools offer the opportunity for high achieving graduates to gain valuable experience within progressive, inclusive and forward thinking classrooms, learning teaching and classroom techniques from Ofsted Outstanding Teachers. Many of these school will be offering their strongest Graduate TAs a Schools Direct placement in the following year to complete their Teacher Training.

The Roles - Graduate Teaching Assistants:

· The role will see you working closely with students in individual or small group settings to raise attainment and confidence. Many of these students will have mild special educational needs or face other barriers to their learning.

· The successful candidates will not only have a strong academic background but will have the personality to match. You will need to be an engaging, confident individual with the ability to build successful working relationships with students and staff alike.

· These roles are best suited to top graduate's keen to pursue a long term career in education and be passionate about fully immersing themselves into the school community to achieve the best results possible for the students.
