* The school is 3 form entry and has Teaching Assistants in each class. It is a teaching school and likes to employ teaching assistants who are interested in a future career in teaching.

* Over 75% of the school is EAL so they require support to assist students with English. In addition, there are high levels of SEN within the school, so the ability to work with a range of SEN needs is advantageous.

About the Candidate - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Westminster, Central London
* The school is looking for a recent graduate to join their support team. The year group and role is at this stage not confirmed as it will depend on the candidates experience and what they are looking for, their strengths and preferences.
* The school is looking for a candidate with a graduate degree who has an interest to learn, grow and develop within the role, and a candidate who is interested in moving in to teaching.
* It is desirable if the candidate's degree is in English, Maths or Science but not essential.
* The ability to be pro-active, organised and a good communicator is a must.
* The role is working on a term time basis.
