Tradewind are exclusively working with a Primary School school in Dingle, Liverpool. They are recruiting for a full time HLTA to work 5 days per week in term time, starting as soon as soon as UK lock down is lifted.

This school caters for children from Early Years right though to Year 6. Therefore, you would need to have experience and be confident supporting and covering classes across all year groups. You will be required to deliver lessons with the support of two experienced class teaching assistants who know the children well and will provide guidance. You will be working closely with class teachers in terms of planning and assessment that is required.

You may also be required to work with small groups of children in targeted interventions for Maths and English so previous experience of this would be beneficial for this role.

Requirements for this role:

• A HLTA qualification or another relevant level 4 Education qualification. This role would also be suitable for NQT's and qualified teachers
• Previous experience with Key Stage 1 or 2
• Previous experience working with Autism
• Team Teach is desirable but not essential (Tradewind will provide training this year)
• Previous experience with phonics
• DBS on the update service
• Two contactable professional referees
• Right to work in the UK
