Tradewind are delighted to be working with a partner school for an Experienced HLTA required for a Wigan Primary school. This primary school are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HLTA to provide support to different year groups and cover classes throughout the school when necessary.

This 'Good' School has the capacity to become 'outstanding' and promotes a happy and engaging learning environment. The pupils at this school are well behaved and the SLT are extremely committed to achieving the 'outstanding' status. You will have access to a wide variety of resources.

The Person. We are looking for:
* An experienced HLTA
* Excellent classroom management / behaviour strategies
* Able to work as part of a team, with a nurturing approach
* Experience of working in upper Key Stage 2 is preferable
* Strong subject knowledge
* Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
* Creative, energetic and encouraging
