*Plan and deliver well differentiated lessons to inspire and engage pupils
*Foster a love of learning through excellent teaching and subject knowledge
*Use a good range of teaching strategies including physical resources and field trips
*Maintain rigorous records of assessment to monitor progress
*Share progress effectively with students, their families and SLT
*Collaborate with the department team to ensure a high standard of teaching
*Attend regular training and maintain an up to date knowledge of current trends
