Are you a strong HLTA within an Alternative Provision experience looking for work in Preston?

Tradewind are currently looking for an experienced HLTA to work with children who have social and emotional difficulties need. The Alternative Provision is OFSTED rated 'Good' the Provision caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. This is to start 7^th June 2021 - December 2021 with the potential of going permanent.

They are currently looking for a Behaviour Specialist HLTA with experience to deliver a variety of lessons, managing up to a maximum of 8 pupils. This is a full time/long term post starting as soon as possible till summer and has the potential to go permanent.

We are looking for:

• Strong behaviour and classroom management
• Experience working with challenging behaviour
• Commitment to the school and their students
• Degree or HLTA status
• Experience supporting Pupils with EHC Plans and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties

The Alternative Provision offers fantastic facilities for their students and staff. Staff are made to feel valued and part of the team. There may be the opportunity to study towards further qualifications and training.

The Alternative Provision is based in Preston with close links to the M55 and M6 will a large free car park. Additionally, if you are traveling public transport there is a bus stop 5-minute walk from the school.
