Are you an inspiring, successful and enthusiastic Teacher of ICT? Are you seeking an exciting new role this coming January?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified Teacher of ICT to join an outstanding school with excellent behaviour and high achieving students. This role is also open to newly qualified teachers (or soon to be).
The school are looking to appoint a committed, passionate, and hard-working ICT specialist. The position is due to commence in January 2019 and will be a two term post, however all going well the successful applicant will be considered for a permanent contract which will start with the new academic year in September 2019.

As a Teacher of ICT you would be expected to take on the full role of a classroom teacher including; planning, preparing and delivering lessons, marking work, attending staff meetings and parents' evenings.

The school is an outstanding, mixed 11-19 Secondary school, based in the historic market town of Sawbridgeworth, on the Essex and Hertfordshire boarders. While it has a lovely, country village feel, the train station will also get you into London within 35 minutes. The school has also undertaken significant building works in the past few years and now hosts a new sports hall, fitness suite, dance studio, all weather pitch and tennis courts, as well as a Learning resource centre. There are plans for development in the years ahead.
All staff are expected to play their role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for each and every student. Pass rates are 100% in nearly all subjects and percentages are in the highest grades are well above the national average.

In order to be considered for this fantastic opportunity Tradewind requires the following:

You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
You must hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification (BEd, Post grad Diploma in Education).
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
