Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Inclusion Unit Teaching Assistant to start January 2020! This is a full-time role, with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The candidate
To join us and be successful in this Behaviour Assistant role, you will need to:
* Have experience working with children with SEMH or SEN
* Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
* Have a CV with 10 years employment history included and any employment breaks must be explained
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Drive, due to the location of the school

The role

The role itself will involve supporting students in KS3 and KS4, in small groups or on a 1 to 1 basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working with students with SEMH and will ensure that the support they provide is tailored to students' needs. You will work with a range of students and subject areas, as well as the SENCO and classroom teachers, so you must be able to take initiative as well as follow direction.
