Tradewind Recruitment and SANZA Teaching Agency is currently recruiting for an International Candidate Consultant, to join our team in our London office. Tradewind and SANZA is one of the leading Education Recruitment Agencies with offices around the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Ireland.

You will be responsible for placing International candidates coming to the UK from our International Candidate teams, ideally into LT roles pre-arrival. Co-ordinating with the international teams to ensure that all of our teachers who are arriving in the UK are fully equipped and supported for their move.

Main functions:
-Build a database of International candidates suitable for placement in the UK
-Focus on promotion, engagement and marketing of candidates
-Screen and register suitable candidates and maintain regular personal contact via phone calls and skype
-Utilise software systems and databases for optimum streamlining of candidate flow
-Plan and promote regular candidate seminars in Australia with a view to promoting the brand, increasing referrals and providing up to date information for candidates
-Build relationships with key Universities across Australia with a view to attracting education graduates to work in the UK, as well as promoting the brand
-Use our database systems to effectively market existing candidates and communicate with those yet to travel.


Your customer service to our teachers will be a fundamental element of the package we provide to them in order to ensure our international teachers choose us over our competitors. The role is pivotal with engaging with all of our sales teams in the UK with supporting them in finding appropriate teachers to fill their vacancies.

You will be the main point of contact pre and post arrival for the teachers and provide them with ongoing support - whilst also analysing our processes and functions we offer to ensure we are always looking at new services we can offer our teachers as the team grows and more teachers make the move to the UK. You will review the market place and ensure that the experience that the teachers receive here in the UK is the best in terms of job opportunities, travel, training, social, accommodation, paperwork etc.

Ideally you will come from an education recruitment background with experience of making a similar move across the world yourself.
