*The SEN Intervention Teacher position is to start in September
*The school are looking to interview the correct SEN Intervention Primary Teacher ASAP before the holidays
*The SEN Intervention Primary Teacher must have previous experience of teaching pupils with SEMH needs


The primary school in Barking and Dagenham for children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties with a therapeutic approach. It has places for between 80 and 112 children and young people, catering for Year 1 to Year 11. Your day as a Special Needs Teacher will depend entirely on how you support the children and work with a lovely team of support staff. There really are no limits to the interests, passions, hobbies and activities that the students we support enjoy


The successful person will be supported in post by a trust leadership which ensures our:

It is key for this role that you are positive and enjoy having a laugh. The pupils you will be supporting are an active bunch and enjoy various leisure and activities in the community - including swimming, for example. Please ensure you can commit to this role, as reliability for the students you will be supporting is a key factor. They require stability and need support in accessing activities to allow them to achieve their full potential.

School Details:
*6 pupils per class
*2-3 TA's supporting
*Having fun throughout the day is very important for the school, the students take on a lot of practical classes
Essential requirements:
*QTS or Equivalent (QTLS)
*Knowledge of the P Scales Curriculum
*Legal right to work in the UK
*NQT or experienced Teacher
