About the School - Key Stage 1 Teacher (Years 1 or 2)

Located in Hertfordshire, this exceptional Watford Infant School has just been awarded a 'Outstanding' Ofsted for the second occasion. The school has a varied intake of pupils from a range of social and cultural backgrounds and many of the students that join the school do so with lower than expected ability in English. The school works hard to ensure that the students catch up quickly and by the time they move on to junior school they are above national average. This is achieved via the excellent teaching, driven senior leadership team and excellent support from the school's great parents. For September, the school is looking to replace a long serving member of staff who leaves the school to take up leadership duties. The post is offered on a permanent basis and there is the choice of teaching in Year 1 or 2.
