Tradewind is currently recruiting for a Key Stage 4 Coordinator role in a wonderful all-girls school located in Shirley.

The school is consistently recognized as one of the top non-selective secondary schools in the country.

We are looking for:
*An experienced leader in a Secondary school setting with a full working knowledge of policies and codes of practice, and awareness of relevant legislation.
*A candidate comfortable and confident to record, monitor and evaluate attendance for KS4.
*A candidate comfortable and confident to take over the administration and organization of the KS4 year group.
*Someone with a good working knowledge of SIMS, Microsoft Outlook and other relevant ICT.
*Someone with NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in a school or similar environment.

Candidates will be expected to:
*Carry out administrative duties that may reasonably be required by line manager / HoY / Headteacher.
*Maintain and update register of students reports and liaise with HoY as required.
*Comply with and assist with the development of policies and procedures.
*Organize meetings and events

*Key Stage responsibilities may change depending on the needs of the school.
