About the School - KS1 Leader - Bexley, South East London

Based in the borough of Bexley, this exceptional Church of England primary are seeking a proactive and driven KS1 teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2020 and make an immediate long-term impact! The school follows a stimulating curriculum which focusses on innovation and nurturing every individual child towards a journey of success. Through their high expectations, the school have exceptional above national average results in both GLD, Phonics screening and SATs. In this role, you will be leading an enthusiastic KS1 team consisting of five other classes and support staff. As KS1 leader you will have a proven track record of maintaining outstanding results and providing support to ensure best practice is shared with all teachers. About the Role - KS1 Leader - Bexley, South East London

QTS achieved and observed "outstanding" level of teaching.
For this position, you will be seeking a permanent position for September 2020
The successful KS1 leader will be a proactive leader who can accurately use assessment data to ensure progress across year groups and provide ongoing support to all members of the team.
For this role, you will be an experienced KS1 teacher who has taken on further responsibilities in previous roles.
The suitable KS1 leader will be an individual who is committed to planning a holistic approach to the curriculum and ensuring high attainment levels.
The successful individual will be a primary teacher who aspires for further leadership opportunities and aims to consistently improve through personalised CPD and feedback from an outstanding senior leadership team.
