We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a Team of KS1 Teachers and Mentors to work in an 'Good' primary school in Ladywood. We are looking for an individual who enjoys variety in their work life and thrives on team work. The school urges graduates to apply.

The Teaching Assistant would:
*Help all students enjoy their learning and get as much out of life as they can
*Improve countless young lives
*Identify challenges and ensure that the pupils learn
*Support pupils with communication skills in a classroom
*Help pupils develop their communication and life skills in a classroom

*An understanding of phonics and ability to deliver it to small groups
*Experience within KS1.
*Strong behaviour management and classroom management.

Pay and benefits
*Starting rate of £70/per day (experience dependant).
*Work from 8.30am to 3.30pm.
*Have the chance to become a permanent member of staff.
