Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a one form entry Primary School in Droylsden, Tameside to start ASAP until the Summer 2020. This is a full-time, long-term role with a salary of £65 per day.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

*Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

We are recruiting for an KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant on behalf of a one form entry Primary School in Droylsden, Tameside. This school strives to ensure that everyone in their school in safe, happy and healthy. They want every child to achieve their potential, develops their skills and deepens their knowledge and understanding of the world.

Pupils behave extremely well in lessons and around the school. They are confident and independent and are respectful towards each other and adults. Pupils who have special education needs and those supported by extra funding make good progress because of the high-quality support they receive.

The school is based in Droylsden, Tameside and is accessible via car or bus.

About the role

The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their KS2 department, within the schools Year 6 class. The school are looking for somebody with a strong knowledge of working with children with SEN and good behaviour management skills.

The role itself will involve working from 8.30am to 3.30pm each day, supporting a child in Year 6 with ASD and some behaviour challenges.
