The role will involve running interventions for pupils in KS2 who need additional support in Maths and Literacy. You will also be required to support the year 4 class and be actively engaged in school life. If you have a sports or drama background this would be a bonus as there are opportunities to run a school clubs during term.

The headteacher is keen to appoint a teaching assistant who demonstrates a good academic background and good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. If you are interested in progressing to a primary teacher qualification this role could be a great stepping stone!
