The role is due to start as soon as possible and last until the end of the academic year. Working hours will be 8:30am-4:00pm.

The successful applicant will be supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. You will be assigned individual pupils who require additional support on a 1:1 basis. Your main responsibility will be to raise attainment and close the gap for pupils who need extra support in learning and ensure pupils are progressing socially and emotionally. You will be providing intervention support and differentiating class work for learners in order to break down any learning barriers they may have.

The successful candidate will benefit from a structure and supportive senior leadership team. You will report to the schools Inclusion Leaders and work as part of the inclusion team. CPD is provided on a regular basis to all staff. The school is part of a teaching alliance allowing progression for support staff who would like to become teachers.
