They are looking for new Learning Support Assistants to come and join the team ASAP, in who desire longterm, future permanent opportunities.

This innovation specialist site, with newly built resources and vibrant surroundings, caters for so much more than education. It is a learning centre for vulnerable young people who have been subjected to many varying and harrowing situations. The settings offers them a safe place to build life skills, self-esteem and hopefully recognise future opportunities.

The ideal person;
*Will have had exposure to challenging behaviour before
*Knows how to form positive relationships and appropriate humour with young adults
*Can confidently recognise triggers and when to intercept to stop escalation
*Will be unphased by some offence language/aggression
*Can commit to working in small groups and/or on a 121 basis for consistency

The setting is looking for someone that can work 35 hours a week and be willing to take a group of key students to support, observe and assess.

Great transport links accessible on the Central Line (tube) and also bus links. There is no parking facility.

To join us and be successful in this Humanities Teacher role you will need to:
*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
