We are working with a primary school in Muswell Hill, Haringey who are currently recruiting for an LSA to support a SEND pupil in the reception class who needs 1-1 support in class.

This role is to support a pupil in the reception class who has global delay as well as some small group support in the reception class. The headteacher is keen to recruit an LSA who will be proactive and engaging with the pupil. Although experience in early years is preferred, it is not essential for the role, and the school will consider graduate who is looking for classroom experience in SEN before going on to teacher training or further education.

The headteacher is keen to appoint a LSA with lots of ideas and a can-do attitude. You must also be very nurturing in approach and demonstrate a caring thoughtful approach in previous work placements.
