Tradewind are working with a large, thriving mainstream Secondary School in Harrow who are seeking exceptional Learning Support Assistants to join their team on a full time, long term basis from September 2020.

As a Learning Support Assistant with this Mainstream Secondary School, you will be working with pupils with mild to moderate Special Needs in KS3 and KS4. These needs will include ASD, Dyslexia and Speech and Language difficulties. Experience working with Special Needs in a prior position is essential. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will also run small group and individual interventions and booster classes both in and out of the classroom. This position would particularly suit a captivating, optimistic, inspiring and motivating individual with prior experience working with SEN children or young adults.
