The school are looking for a reliable and committed Learning Support Assistant who can join their team from May 2021 and commit to working for the rest of the academic year. The position is paying £70-£80 per day dependent on experience.

The school are looking for a candidate to provide specialised 1:1 support and small group intervention support to pupils who require additional assistance accessing the curriculum. The successful candidate is required to have previous experience supporting pupils diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, as you will be required to support the pupils socially and emotionally through positive behaviour management strategies and academically by differentiating class work set buy the teacher.
The Learning Support Assistant must have the following requirements:
- Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Have previous experience working within Reception to Year 6
- Good knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum
- Excellent team work
