The school are looking for a candidate to provide specialised 1:1 support and small group intervention support to pupils within Year 6 who require additional assistance accessing the curriculum. The successful candidate is required to have previous experience supporting pupils diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, as you will be required to support the pupils socially and emotionally through positive behaviour management strategies and academically by differentiating class work set buy the teacher. The role will involve working 1:1 with a child in Year 6 as well as providing general classroom support. The position is paying £75-£85 per day dependent on experience.

The Learning Support Assistant must have the following requirements:

• Previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Good knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum
• Excellent team work
