The role will involve providing stable, supportive level of care and attention to the pupil whilst working with the class teacher to ensure he is motivated and making good progress in his learning.

The headteacher and Senco are keen to appoint a learning support assistant who has a confident, assertive approach and can foster excellent working relationships with the pupils to maintain clear boundaries and working patterns.

The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:

*Has previous 1-1 experience in a similar role
*Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the year 3 curriculum, although this is not essential
*Commitment to the school and open to development
