The school is seeking a calm, patient, caring and perseverant teaching assistant to start immediately when the schools reopen after February half-term.
This role involves 1:1 support for two SEN students following specific strategies to help them access the school curriculum and to motivate them in their learning. You will be working with these children on a 1:1 basis, both children together and also with them when they are in class. There may also be some general TA work, as and when required.
The pupils have learning delays and cognitive needs and there are some behavioural issues too. They are seeking a calm, firm-but-fair teaching assistant to work with them and to assist them continue with the good progress they have made so far this year. This is to cover a maternity leaver.
Your hours of work will be 8.30am- 3:45pm with 45 minutes lunch, Daily Rate £80.00
The school is a 10 minute walk from the nearest underground station which is Green Park
This will be a really interesting, varied role. There will be some challenges but it will be a very rewarding role!
