Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hard-working, engaging Primary Teacher to join this 2-form entry, Outstanding Primary school based in Hounslow for a January 2020 start (or sooner for an NQT). This is a full-time role and the salary will be Outer London M1-3 scale £27596-£31120.

The school is a community school in a multicultural and diverse area. OFSTED rates this school as an outstanding school with outstanding behaviour and personal development. The children enjoy coming to school, are keen to learn and always polite and helpful. The school is very well resourced and the Headteacher is always keen to hear ideas from staff on how to best implement these resources. They're part of a strong wider community with very supportive parents. Every teacher is made to feel included as this school has many supportive teams that work together and opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for:

-A Primary Teacher who can deliver high quality lessons consistently to ensure students make constant progress.
-Someone that has experience in KS1 and knows the curriculum.
-A person that gives their all every day ensuring the students get the best start in education.
-Someone that is reflective on their own practice and always looking to develop professionally.

This is a role for a KS1 Teacher to join a strong, enthusiastic community comprising of dedicated staff, supportive parents and an effective Governing Body.
The school is about 10 minutes on a bus from the train station but mainly accessible by car and the large park has space for all staff.
