About the School - Maths NQT - Enfield, North London

This is a well-run modern secondary school located in the leafy outer London borough of Enfield. Opened over 60 years ago the school was recently inspected as being a 'Good' Ofsted School that is impressive in the way it helps its students make sustained progress. From September the school requires a new member of teaching staff to join the Maths department and is specifically looking for a Maths NQT who they can develop into an excellent fit for the department. Maths at the school is taught through to KS5 and many students select the subject for A-Level as they aim to achieve offers from top universities. The Maths department is well resourced, and the team is currently 9 teachers strong led by an HOD who is a current Ofsted inspector. The school offers a supportive teaching and learning environment, which when combined with the student's excellent behaviour make this a great school to start a successful career at.
