We seek an enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher of Mathematics to join our successful Mathematics Department and teach up to Key Stage 5

The Maths department is a large department of 8 teachers including a Head of Department, who is also Deputy Head, and a Lead practitioner.

Responsibilities for this Key Stage 3/ 4 and 5 Mathematics Teacher Role include:
To promote excellence within Mathematics in order to encourage and support students in making progress that is in line with, or above expectations.
To plan, coordinate and evaluate the department's intervention strategies.
To promote and support teaching and learning within Maths that aspires to the highest of standards through quality leadership and support.
Aid the promotion of Maths across the Trust and offer appropriate guidance and advice on careers towards both Higher and Further Education.
To primarily focus on the progress of students (data analysis), actions to redress underperformance (interventions) and monitoring of learning (learning walks).
