Under the direction of the schools Head Teacher (appointed sept 16) this school has made huge steps forward and they are now looking to appoint a Media Teacher to start in January and work on a full time basis for the remainder of the academic year.

We are looking for
*Classroom experience as either an instructor, Cover supervisor or teacher. You will need to have taught Media previously.
*As a driven and enthusiastic teacher you must be able to deliver varied and different lessons whilst managing small groups of pupils and maintaining their focus.
*With the potential for growth, development and promotion within the department and School this is a great opportunity to see a school prior to the resignation date.

You will be responsible for teaching classes across KS 4 & 5. The department benefits from a range of experienced and newly qualified teachers so this role is ideal for a Cover supervisor, overseas or unqualified teacher looking to step into a teaching post.


The staff teams within this trust and schools offer an array of staff activities on a weekly basis. These range from escape rooms, exercise classes, trips out, dry cleaning services for staff and much more and have created a varied but unified staffing team across both secondary schools. Ideally based within a short drive of Junction 11 on the M1 and with staff parking and good transport links to main bus and train links.

To join this successful and integral department in January (or sooner if you're able!) you will need to
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
You will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
