Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant who will based with a school within Wirral.

The school is in a leafy suburb with good transport links and a 17-minute walk from a train station that services a direct Liverpool train.

The school provides an education for children who are no longer in mainstream education due to a range of mental health issues. These can range from severe anxiety to depression. The school offers a calm and secure environment for these pupils to access their education from year 8 to year 11.

We are looking for:
* Previous experience working with mental health issues
* Calm, positive personality
* Level headed
* Patience
* Skills to empower young people to make them believe they can achieve
* Excellent listening skills
* Maths and English GCSE as a minimum, TA qualification or hold a degree
