Are you a qualified MFL teacher on the lookout for an exciting new challenge in the new academic year?

Tradewind is currently recruiting for a medium sized secondary academy in Braintree, which is in need of a full-time MFL teacher to start in September 2019. The role would be to teacher French up to KS4 and Spanish to KS3. This is a 360 teaching role which will require; planning and preparation, delivering lessons, marking and assessing work, attending staff meetings and parents' evenings. The school is accessible by public transport and car and has on-site parking for staff.

This Ofsted rated 'Good' secondary academy was praised for its significant improvements in recent years. The Trust and SLT continuously make considerable contributions and have made effective changes to improve the school. Adults and students feel valued, behaviour and attendance is very good and all parties are motivated to succeed. The school consistently strives to make positive improvements and continues to move forward and progress, ensuring students receive the best education possible.

This position would suit a passionate, dedicated and motivational Languages teacher with strong classroom management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic school and work alongside a hard-working and supportive team of staff.

The successful MFL Teacher will be:
Able to confidently teach pupils up to GCSE level at least and ideally have a proven track record of successful exam results.
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of their lessons through creative approaches to the curriculum.

To join us and be successful in this French and Spanish Teaching role you will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
