Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an MFL Teacher to join a successful Languages department for the next academic year (an earlier start date can arranged for the right candidate). This is a full-time post teaching French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4 students, the school could either offer long term supply, temporary to permanent or a straight to permanent arrangement. The school is currently graded as 'Good' with 'Outstanding' in pupil behaviour.

This welcoming secondary school is based on the Essex, London and Hertfordshire border and is easily commutable from surrounding areas. Languages are popular within the school with a good number of pupils choosing to take it for GCSE, especially French and Spanish. The department is well resourced to ensure pupil engagement and has high academic standards. There is also the additional support of two French and Spanish specialists who can assist in the classroom and provide intervention/booster groups.

The successful application will be:
An MFL Teacher who has a genuine passion for their subject and can inspire their pupils.
A creative teacher, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
Someone who is up to date on the MFL National Curriculum and can teach French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4.
Able to make effective assessments to plan for the next step in the pupils' development.
A reliable professional and an excellent communicator who can build relationships with all pupils.
