MFL Teaching Assistant (Spanish and French)

Tradewind is recruiting for a long-term Teaching Assistant position in a Secondary school.
If you are an upbeat and hardworking Graduate teaching assistant fluent in French and Spanish, then this is just the role for you!!

We are looking for:
*A candidate with UK classroom experience
*Can-do attitude and willingness to meet and exceed department goals
*Fluency or native speaker in both Spanish and French as well as English
*Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent qualification
*A candidate who is familiar with up to date safeguarding policies and procedures
*Someone within daily commuting distance from Kidbrooke station in Lewisham
*A candidate with a DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to participate in a DBS check


This mainstream secondary school is based in Kidbrooke, a short walk from Kidbrooke station. It is a creative comprehensive school that fosters a supportive environment for all of their staff and students. The role will be long term, full time Monday - Friday, 8:30-3:30.

Job Responsibilities for the MFL Teaching Assistant (Spanish and French) will include:
The MFL Teaching Assistant will support the MFL department in French and Spanish working with small groups to raise literacy and spoken language acquisition using the National Curriculum. A working knowledge of how to support students with SEN is desirable as well.
