Tradewind are looking for people that can support pupils in SEND / SEN environment between the ages of KS1-KS5. The successful applicants will be observing the well being of the pupils while on their lunch break. Due to the nature of the school you will be required to carry out personal care and feeding. Personal Care will include supporting toileting needs.

Prior to starting, you will be given an induction to ensure you are aware of the pupils needs so you can ensure efficiency. You will be required to supervise indoor and outdoor activities, encouraging independence and positive behaviour, support healthy eating and ensure school policies are being followed.

The role is Monday to Friday 11:30 - 1:30 term time only. This role will suit people looking to get more experience in SEN / SEND.

The school caters for children with a range of needs including severe learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and autism. They are looking for calm and confident midday supervisors who can support children and are looking for more SEND experience. This school is based in Northfield, Birmingham.

The school is local to a shopping centre so is close to public transport routes and has a large, free carpark for drivers.

The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience in supporting pupils with SEN / SEND
*A caring and positive approach
*The ability to keep reports - daily reports will be filled in before leaving
