A Primary School in Oldham are looking for an inspiring and passionate Reception Class teacher, to start September 2020. This is a full time, long term role, with the potential of a permanent contract, paying £60.00- £80.00 a day.

The School

About the role

This OFSTED 'good' Oldham primary school is looking for a teaching assistant to work in the Nursery class. The successful candidate must be able to support lessons across the EYFS National Curriculum and has excellent behaviour management and sound subject knowledge. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in the classroom. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead small group interventions.

Ideally the primary teacher will have experience of;
* Supporting in a EYFS setting
* Supporting all core and foundation primary subjects
* Leading small group intervention
* Outstanding behaviour management strategies

To be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;
* Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification.
* Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
* Have at least 4 months school-based experience of working in a UK primary school setting.
* Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
* Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
