Tradewind are recruiting! We are looking for a part-time School Administrator within two South Birmingham Primary Schools.

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a hardworking, conscientious and meticulous School Administrator for a full time, long term role within a South Birmingham Primary School. The position is to start ASAP and will be until the end of the academic year. This has the potential to continue into the next academic year September 2019.

This School create a safe, stimulating and supportive environment for its students, making it an exciting place to work and study in.

Candidates will have School Administrator experience, and MUST be able to use SIMS to be considered. You must be very organised and able to work to deadlines.

In addition, you must be an excellent communicator, both in person and on the telephone, with excellent written and numerical skills. The role will also entail using spreadsheets, inputting date and nova timetables. You may also be asked as and when to be at front of the house of the school.
Experience with processing invoices, management of expenses and knowledge of school administration is a must!

The school is located within South Birmingham, with excellent public transport links and parking is available.

* The ability to prioritise and deal with multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

* The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
