Primary TA required to support Year 3 and 4 at an exceptional Stevenage Primary School - Immediate start till end of July - £75 per day - 8.30 am till 3.45pm - Monday to Wednesday

This small, one form entry Primary School first opened in the early 1960's to address the need for extra primary places in the growing town of Stevenage, North Hertfordshire. The school has an excellent reputation for helping its pupils develop into confident learners who are ready and able to take on the challenge of secondary education by the time they leave in Year 6. Like most schools the head teacher and senior leadership team have identified knowledge gaps bought on by the past year of school closures and to address this they are looking for a talented TA to join and work in Years 3 and 4. This role will include intervention and booster work on a one to one and small group basis.
To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role you will need to have:
***Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
***A good standard of education to at least GCSE level
***Have the desire and energy to motivate and progress students from a range of backgrounds
***This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks and you must be happy to make the initial payment for the check which can be claimed back once you have worked 20 days for Tradewind.
