Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Premises/Maintenance Officer to be responsible for the management and provision of maintenance, security and cleaning duties of a schools premises and grounds on a temporary basis.

Your tasks as a school caretaker or school premises officer would vary depending on the particular job, but could include: supervising cleaning staff, carrying out day to day maintenance, key holding and minor repairs when required. This is also a forward facing role dealing with external agencies/trades/business on occasions and also working in a professional setting. You will need to be flexible and prioritise your working day accordingly.

As you will be working in education, safeguarding and well being of both staff and pupils is a priority therefore the role is subject to rigorous vetting checks including DBS.
