Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a primary teacher with a music specialism who can deliver high quality music teaching to all primary ages. You will be joining this 4-form entry primary school in Lambeth in September 2019. This is a 2 day per week role with the potential to become permanent and the salary will be Inner London pay scale from £29664 to £40372.

We are looking for:
-A Music specialist with experience of teaching the primary age range (EYFS to Year 6)
-Someone who can work as a team and share planning with the other music teacher and head of music
-Someone with excellent knowledge of the primary music curriculum
-Someone who is organised with good time management
-Strong behaviour management

The school has a small car park for staff along with plenty of off street parking. There are regular buses that stop 5 minutes from the school and the nearest overground station is a 5-minute walk away.

To join us and be successful in this Music Teacher role you will need to:
-Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
-Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
-Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
-You must have the legal right to work in the UK
