All the schools we work with who are looking to appoint NQT's through us must be Ofsted rated at least 'Good' and offer an exceptional induction programmes, with ongoing support and professional development throughout your career. We work with all types of school who are looking for dedicated new teachers in Early Years, Key stage 1 and Key Stage 2. All our schools understand this is early in any trainee teachers training programme so they will make adequate adjustments in terms of their expectations at interview.
