About the Role - Primary Phase Lead - Lewisham, South London

*This permanent Phase Lead position would suit someone who is committed to continuing the recent success of the school and helping develop students of all abilities to exceed their targets.
*It is desirable that the successful candidate has had previous responsibility and has had the opportunity to manage a team of staff however this is not essential. This permanent post requires the teacher to develop and monitor teachers in their Phase and offer support for NQTs in their induction year.
*It is imperative that this teacher is able to lead by example and teach lessons to a high standard whilst also creating relationships with the students quickly.
*The successful candidate must be able to set clear boundaries for children and create stimulating learning environments where children's work is displayed and celebrated.
