On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are looking to recruit a Year 2 Teacher for a long-term part-time position in Stockport. This a part-time role (Wednesday 11:30am - Friday) and will commence January 2021 until the end of the academic year. This is a forest school where children in groups of 12-15 access free and structured play within the environment.
About the role:
As the Year 2 teacher in this part time role, it is essential that you are a key team player and will perform effectively alongside the other two Year 2 teachers. The class is made up of 25 mixed-ability pupils so the ability to differentiate learning to challenge learners at ranging levels will be crucial to your success. There is a small percentage of SEN in the class and you will be joined by a full-time TA.

-You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification.
-This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
-Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
-Have the legal right to work in the UK
-Be able to commit to the part-time opportunity from January-July.
